Hey Everyone,

As always it’s good to have you back and it’s good to be back in the saddle so to speak. Yes even the MaxMan needs a bit of a break from time to time.

Didn’t get up to too much, just laid back a little and had some good ole family time in front of the fireplace.

Ok, ok I confess I did watch some movies on my home theater system but I wasn’t working, honest I was being lazy.

So let’s get back on the review bandwagon again. Shall we?

Today I want to look at Stanley Furniture. Now before you ask yes they do make furniture for the whole home and office. But today I’m just gonna focus on what they do as far as TV Stands go. Ok?

The Stanley Furniture Company

Now these guys & gals (MaxMan doesn’t discriminate) have been around for quite some time now actually generations.

They have around 2600 committed staff who has worked hard to make the Stanley Furniture Company one of the largest maker’s wood furniture around.

Now if you’re knowledgeable in all things carpentry the terms dovetail, mortise and tenon joints won’t be foreign to you, but for the sake of those of us who don’t know, these are different joints commonly used in manufacturing of high quality solid wood furniture and something you should look for if plan on paying a premium.

Because they don’t believe in taking short cuts you will find that this kind of craftsmanship is used frequently by Stanley

They offer top notch quality and second to none service. But it doesn’t stop there; because of their concerns for the environment the Stanley Furniture plant in Martinsville is now a member of the EPA's National Environmental Performance Track program.

Basically what this means is that they are committed to improving the quality of our air, land and water.

So not only do you get a great product but it was also manufactured under conditions that are great for our environment. Now that’s gotta put a smile on your face eh.

Opinion `a la MaxMan

Ok Maxmaniacs there is definitely no shortage of choices here.

Some really, really beautiful units that I would take in a heartbeat. I like the fact that they tell you what will and won’t fit in their units most manufacturers just give dimensions (measurements of unit) and the rest is up to you.

And of course the quality and craftsmanship speaks volumes. This stuff is built to last.
