All furniture frames are built from kiln dried (this controls the drying of the wood to help prevent it from bending or twisting) hardwood

Final Word

So a lot of you have been asking me to explain how the Free in home delivery and set up service works.

Here is what I was able to find out

The delivery includes up to 2 flights of stairs (4-15 steps = 1 flight)
A two-man delivery team is sent out to move your order inside your residence to the room of your choice
They will also unpack and provide you with the basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other)
You also have the option to upgrade to the White Glove Platinum for $49 which is a good idea if your furniture needs to be assembled with tools
The delivery team is also required to remove and dispose of all packaging
